What is an invite code and how do I use it? Please enter your email address in the required field to receive an invite code by email. Use this code to register on ArenAsia. Please be aware that you can only request one invite code with each email address, so keep the code in a safe place until you have registered.
I have never received the invite code or my Password request, what can I do? The system creates an automated email with a unique invite code. Email service providers such as Hotmail or Gmail have very sophisticated security systems, and may block some emails that have originated from an unknown source. Please check your spam folder and add noreply@arenasia.com to your address book, to ensure you receive our notifications in the future.
Your system does not remember my log in details, why? Your browser must be able to accept cookies to store the required log in information. If you are using Internet Explorer, please do the following to accept cookies: Click on Tools→Internet Options→Privacy→Cookies. If you use Firefox: Edit→Preferences→Privacy & Security→Cookies. If you use Opera: Tools→Settings→Advanced→Cookies. If you are using Safari on a Mac: Preferences→Accept Cookies→Only from sites you navigate to. If you are using a public computer to access ArenAsia, please always remember to log out of the system when you are leaving.
Can I become a featured member on the homepage? You can request to be featured on the homepage once you have registered. Send an email from your registered email address to featuredmembers@arenasia.com and please include your Username, so that we can locate your profile.
I forgot my Password/Username what do I do now? On the log in page, click on the link “Forgot Username or Password” and we’ll send you an email with your login details.
How do I change my Password? You can change your password on the “Edit My Profile” page. Click on “Settings”, here you need to enter your old password, followed by your new password, and then confirm the new password.
Can I change my registered email address? You can change your registered email address on the “Edit My Profile” page. Click on “Settings”, to change your email address. Please note that the email you change here is the one we send our notifications to.
Can I change my registered Username? No, the user name is unique and can not be changed.
Can anyone see my contact details? We give you full control over the contact details you want to make visible on your account. Go to “Edit My Profile” and click on “Contact Info” to decide which details you want to share with other members. Always double check your settings and then confirm by clicking on “Save”. ArenAsia will never give away any of your data to others.
How do I change my profile/contact details? You can make changes to your profile and contact information on the “Edit My Profile” page.
What if I receive spam or abusive messages from another member? Spamming, multilevel marketing or abusive messages are not tolerated. Please use the “Report a problem” function on the member’s profile to report this person. Please note that we treat these issues in the most confidential manner possible. The reported user will not be informed who filed this report.
Can I block messages from another member? Yes you can. To prevent unwanted messages to appear in your inbox, click on the message and use the “Block messages from this member” button.
What if I discover a fake profile? Please use the “Report a problem” function on the member’s profile to report this profile as fake. Briefly comment why you think that this is a fake profile.
I have trouble uploading my profile photo. What am I doing wrong? Please upload a photo no larger than 250KB and at least 146x146 pixels in size. Your photo will be re-sized to fit.
The registration date on “My Profile” is not correct, why? Currently the system is set to a single time zone (UTC/GMT +6/7 hours). It is therefore possible that your registration date varies +/- 1 day. This will be updated soon.

Can I cancel my ArenAsia account? To cancel your account, please send an email to support@arenasia.com from your registered email address. Please include your unique ArenAsia Username. Feel free to give any feedback why you intend to leave us.

Quick Invite – Use this feature to invite colleagues, business partners, friends or others that might be interested to join ArenAsia.
Tags – Use Tags to promote your expertise and interests. They are your personal keywords helping you connect with other members. Other members with matching Tags will always appear under “Recommended”. You can personalise Tags for “People” and “Groups”.
My Profile - My Profile enables you to effectively market your skills, and business. Having a profile will increase your visibility, thereby exposing yourself to greater career and business opportunities in Asia. You can determine which personal information to include, and determine who of ArenAsia's registered members can access more private information such as your contact numbers or email address to protect your privacy.
My Arena - This is your ArenAsia homepage that gives both a birds-eye view of your account, as well as a quick access to your profile, mailbox, connections and content. In addition, this homepage aggregates all "Most Active" people and "Top Rated" groups into one page enabling you to discover and keep up with great contacts and resources easily and quickly.
My Connections - You can locate colleagues, friends and contacts easily and gain access to their shared content quickly.
My Content - You can locate and manage all your groups, events, marketplace listings and blogs easily from this page.
My Mailbox – You are able to store all your incoming and outgoing private messages, as well as easily manage your communications with other members.
Groups - You can form groups around organisations, clubs and other interests to share information, organise activities and events. Start discussions on topics and gain feedback from participants. Discussion groups ranging from jobs to diverse business topics give you an area to share information and voice their opinions. Furthermore, companies and organisations can also form private groups to help employers retain young, tech-savvy workers by offering ways that creates collaborative, networked organisations through enabling employees to collaborate with co-workers, suppliers, advisors and alumni across geographies and time zones. Creating affinities for employees with similar backgrounds and interests to facilitate information exchange and encourage strong workplace relationships. It also helps employers attract and communicate with smart, tech-savvy graduates.
Events (Coming soon…) - Members can publicise events and find out who's going or interested in real-time, giving coordinators quicker and easier access to members. Members will be able to discover local events in all Asian cities as well as international Asia-focused events ranging from professional get-togethers to conferences and tradeshows.
Marketplace (Coming soon…) - The Job Listing feature creates a new channel for job seekers, helping them find jobs through listings posted by employers. The Service Listing feature enable business professionals to find reliable, recommended service providers through listings posted by companies. The Product Listing feature enables buyers to source high-quality suppliers through listings posted by businesses. Whether members are seeking jobs, services or products, they can access the Company's Showcase to get vital facts about the business.
Knowledge Base (Coming soon…) - The Knowledge Base is a business library enabling members to find business answers via Groups and Blogs from the community and industry experts. Both creates an excellent new marketing channel for professionals, helping them connect with prospective clients and create reputation in their industry. The Knowledge Base will offer Wikis as well as downloadable whitepapers in ArenAsia's later beta releases.
